Raising funds to fund local education, screening and treatment grants, as well as research grants at the national level.

Komen North Mississippi served 16 counties:  Alcorn, Calhoun, Chickasaw, Clay, Itawamba, Lafayette, Lee, Lowndes, Monroe, Panola, Pontotoc, Prentiss, Oktibbeha, Tishomingo, Tippah and Union counties.
